To be admitted to our facility, clients must undergo an initial screening and assessment process to determine their level of need and appropriateness for our services. This process includes a review of the client's medical and substance abuse history, as well as a physical examination. Clients must also be willing to commit to our treatment program and comply with all facility rules and policies.
Once admitted, clients are expected to actively participate in their treatment and make progress towards their recovery goals. Clients who are not making sufficient progress or who are not following the rules of the facility may be placed on a retention plan to help them get back on track. Clients who do not meet the requirements of the retention plan may be discharged from the facility.
Clients who have successfully completed our treatment program or who are no longer in need of our services will be discharged from the facility. Prior to discharge, clients will receive a discharge summary that outlines their progress and any recommendations for ongoing care. Clients who are not ready for discharge may be referred to a higher level of care, such as inpatient treatment.
