Notary Public - Loan Signing Agent

I am a specialized notary who is trained and certified to handle and notarize loan documents. I am also an authorized representative for I9 completion. 

My responsibilities include printing loan documents, meeting the signer and notarizing their signature, and quickly returning the documents for processing; following any additional instructions from the lender, title company or signing service for loan closing work. 

I provide essential services for legal transactions. Which include notarizing and certifying financial and legal documentation related to loan documents. Part of this includes witnessing the signing of mortgage documents, being called upon to verify that buyers and sellers have met necessary requirements before closing on a property.

Most insurances accepted including Texas Medicaid.
